Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2) scoops 20-30 minutes preworkout to charge your workout and provide the blood pumping actions of NO and creatine, with a jolt of caffeine, along with a proper ratio of carbohydrate content to push you through your workout.

Great product. Watch out for MAGNESIUM STEARATE! It is a harmful "filler" and I don't know why it's in this product as an inactive ingredient. It's maybe used to avoid the pills sticking to each other on the machines to keep costs low. However, it can cause intestine problems and decrease absorption...who would want that?

Super happy with the updated buzz saw! the most obvious change is the taste. I can actually enjoy the drink now instead of the old hold the nose and down it. The pumps I get are still the best. This is the only pre-workout that has never given me a crash or headaches after. love it!

Great taste. Other products I have tried seemed to have too much caffeine and would make me feel a little shaky. Buzz saw has just the right amount! Gets you through those tough workouts noticably easier.

The new formula is MUCH better tasting than the old one. Tastes great now and gets me amped up for those days where you're lacking a bit of motivation to get into the gym.
