ATTENTION: Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration has a new look! The manufacturer of our top-selling whey protein isolate has improved their processing methods to produce a one-step agglomeration method in place of the two-step process from before. The result is a fluffier powder consistency that looks closer to our Whey Protein Isolate CFM than the granular appearance it has had in the past. The Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration will still retain the same great taste with no alterations to the nutritional profile, and what's best: the material mixes better than ever! Try the new Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration today and experience the improvements for yourself!

True Nutrition's Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration is derived from whey protein concentrate, but ultimately from sweet dairy whey.  Isolates, Cold-Filtration, Microfiltration and Ion-Exchange, are protein powders that are the next steps to further process whey protein concentrate.  The Cold-Filtration process is a procedure of separating the proteins through the use of micro filtering the mass all while using a cold or “chilled” process (environment).  These filters allow the protein to be removed from the unwanted fat, lactose and the like.  Cold-Filtration Isolate is virtually fat free and lactose (sugar) free.

So what is the difference between Cold-Filtration and Microfiltration?  They both use the same extraction process of filtering, but the Cold-Filtration is just that, the liquid mass is chilled and then filtered.  As well the mass is then sprayed dried in a non heat environment to preserve the undenatured proteins.

Using the Cold-Filtration method, the overall protein is said to only be 0-3% denatured, in comparison to other proteins that can be denatured up to 15%.  Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration is very high in bioactive whey protein fractions, including immunoglobulin, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides.

Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration is a great whey protein for users who experience bloating and other problems associated with whey protein concentrate.  As well, for users who want a higher protein percentage per serving, an Isolate is a great choice.

Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration possesses an extremely clean taste.  This product alone is opaque in nature (almost clear) and does not have any distinct flavor.  Great for the individual that dislikes the taste of “protein powders.

So I got my first ever order from True Nutrition last week and I had ordered the 5 sample pack of WPI. I've tried to 4 of them so far: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cookies N' Cream Vanilla Birthday Cake Orange Creamsicle (I have Java Mocha left to try) They've all mixed up very easily in a blender bottle and the taste and texture have been perfect. Flavor-wise I've been very impressed and I'm wishing I would have ordered two samplers to that I could have tried more flavors. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 10/10 - When I had this shake I thought it was the best tasting protein shake I'd ever had. Cookies N' Cream 9/10 - Very good, but not as good as the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Vanilla Birthday Cake 7.5/10 - Not bad, but not a flavor I'll order again. It sounded interesting and it tastes good, but I'd rather have something that tastes like vanilla icecream than vanilla cake. Orange Creamsicle 11/10 - Holy ****! This bumped Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough out of the running for best shake flavor ever. It was perfect. My next protein order will definitely include some this!
