Very pleased with this powder itself. As they say, it does have a chalky texture, but I'm getting used to it very quickly. I added a "light", natural flavoring to mine, and it's perfect. A past order of a different protein had been too sweet with the normal flavoring. This is a little more resistant to mixing than something like an instantized whey protein isolate, but it mixes OK with a shaker bottle and mixes well with something like I use: a hand mixer with a drink mixer attachment. With the attachment, I can reduce the water and mix it pretty thickly. I am currently using it before bedtime and after rising, so a little extra effort is no problem (versus trying to do it at the gym). My only issue that, even ordering 7 lbs in a bag, the shipping brings the per pound price to up to near what a high-quality whey protein isolate costs in a 5lb canister. Since milk protein like this costs considerably less to process (fewer steps in process), I still think the price is a bit high. But yeah, good stuff. I like that it's not pure casein, you get some quick digesting whey in there, too.

Might be my new fav. The flavoring goes very well with it, and it makes the thickest "Protein Pudding" (mixing it up with only a few ounces of water) out of all the other ones I have tried so far. Being milk protein its already a "blend" of casein and whey as well. Will definitely order this again.
